spirals and the feminine

This is one of my favourite pics so far .
The light , the curve, the essence of what the centre stands for , that is; the elusive and all powerful feminine. Symbolised , of course, by the spiral, which is also the new logo of the MindBody Heath Centre.
The sacred spiral is the symbol related to the mysteries that only a woman can contain, corresponding to the umbilical cord of birth and re-birth.
The path begins with being, knowing and becoming.
This is seen in the walking of the labrynith as we return to our original and continuous state of conciousness.
No beginning and no ending.
This symbol has been etched in every Goddess culture since the beginning of time. You will see this symbol is everywhere.
It has also be used to denote the triple goddess maiden, mother, and crone wisdom. The trinity was stolen from the goddess culture by the patriarchal religions, eliminating all traces of its origins and its association with female power.

Beautiful arched windows

The north facing windows , which were once doors, have been installed.
Some reconstruction of this existing facade has taken place as we reorient the building to the east. The new entrance will be from the east point and these windows become amazing pools of light for two of the practitioner rooms inside.
An outside view; there will be planting below and the builder is working to meticulously ensure the brickwork of this facade retains its historic character.
We are currently selecting the blinds and curtains for the inside so I cant wait to show you an inside view soon , the light in these rooms is extraordinary at different times of the day and the view up to the sky is very uplifting
