'the lost art of sacred building'

This blog has investigated the importance of designing based on the key principles of sacred geometry and energetic awareness for the purpose of healing.

The project is Moonee Ponds MindBody Helath Centre in Melbourne, Victoria.

Please enjoy the diary adventure of the design, development , construction and opening of the Moonee Ponds MindBody Health Centre.

A big hole is dug ...and filled

OK... so this may seem rather mundane , but it is in fact, another initiative of green building practice and water storage efforts ... a huge water tank for water storage and reuse.

Yes the outside is starting to look a bit messy ...and it doesn't help that we are right in the middle of winter !

Rain is not a big favourite of the building team.

Outdoors , we are preparing plumbing , drainage , mechanical services , and electrical services , remembering that all of these aspects form an energietic point of view had to be install at a particular distance from the exterior of the building and not to run directly under the buildimg itself . In particular, the water going in is ok to have pipes leading into and in some cases under the building , but any grey water needs to be around the perimeter of the exterior . Water carries a very powerful charge ...if you think about us as humans being made of majority water and the energetic filed we resonate , this is obviously the same for water.

Underground water courses can have a impact on the human energetic body and in turn cause affects like a lowered immune response to those found, for example, sleeping above such a water course. While the health centre will not be a place of residence , it was still extremely important because during many healing therapies the body goes into a possible theta state which is attuned to that of when in deep meditation or sleep and this is a time when the body can also be affected.

For specific information on how different therapies work it is best to contact the practitioners of the new centre , and they can be found on the website.
